Your hair will be custom made by our team within 6-10 weeks. Please be patient with this process as we are custom making the hair just for you!

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

You can return or exchange all in stock products within 14 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met:

- The hair has not been worn, damaged or removed from its original packaging

- The product has not been opened or used

How to return a product:

- Once your return is approved AND we have received the product, we will credit your account used for the original payment or ship out the replacement product.

We offer complimentary color matching within 72 hours M-F by submitting 3 photos of the hair in natural light to our Color Matching Form.

The only way we guarantee a direct color match is by purchasing a color ring. Though our photos are true to tone, they are taken in different lighting than your salon or your clients' home, so always make sure to double check with a color ring.

We only have a discount code available to our Veil Bead Certified Stylists who are enrolled in our Online or Masterclass Certification Course. If you would like to learn more about getting certified in the Veil Bead Method, head to our education section.
