Refund policy

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

You can return or exchange all in stock products within 14 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met:

  • The hair has not been worn, damaged or removed from its original packaging

  • The product has not been opened or used

How to return a product:

  • Click on the return form below and complete all required sections

  • Once your return is approved AND we have received the product, we will credit your account used for the original payment or ship out the replacement product

  • YOURS Extension Co. is not responsible for shipping for returns or exchanges. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges on orders that we have provided an exchange or replacement for. 
  • YOURS Extension Co. is not responsible for United States Postal Service Delays after the item has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to issue refunds related to the United States Postal Service delivery times.
  • Please wait for our team to respond to your request within 48 hours M-F. We will email you back with a return address to officially begin the return/exchange process.
